1.原陕西省人民政府督查专员周和斌收受可能影响公正执行公务的礼品、礼金、消费卡，接受可能影响公正执行公务的宴请等问题。2012年2月至2023年4月，周和斌在担任商洛市工信局党组书记、局长，商洛市委秘书长，市政府党组成员，商洛高新区(商丹园区)党工委书记、管委会主任，省政府督查专员期间，先后收受8名管理服务对象和私营企业主所送礼金及金条、高档酒、购物卡、手机等礼品，折合共计61万余元。2014年8月至2023年9月，周和斌长期接受私营企业主在西安、商洛等地的宴请，并饮用高档酒水，费用由私营企业主承担。周和斌还存在其他严重违纪违法问题，被开除党籍、开除公职，对其违纪违法所得予以收缴，涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉。
2.陕西省财政厅预算资金评审中心原主任秦孝忠收受可能影响公正执行公务的礼金，接受可能影响公正执行公务的旅游安排等问题。2013年至2020年，秦孝忠在担任省财政厅经建处处长、省财政专项资金管理局局长、省预算资金评审中心主任期间，先后收受12名管理服务对象所送礼金，合计24.3万元。2009年至2017年，秦孝忠及其家人违规接受私营企业主邀请，前往日本、英国等地旅游，费用由私营企业主承担。秦孝忠还存在其他严重违纪违法问题，被开除党籍、取消享受的待遇，对其违纪违法所得予以收缴，涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉。

4.汉中市人大常委会原副主任杜家才收受可能影响公正执行公务的礼金，接受可能影响公正执行公务的宴请和旅游安排等问题。2012年1月至2022年12月，杜家才在担任汉中市洋县县委副书记、县长，汉中市人大常委会副主任等职务期间，先后收受3名管理服务对象及私营企业主所送礼金，合计16.7万元。2017年1月至2021年12月，杜家才先后多次接受私营企业主安排的私人宴请，饮用高档酒水，费用均由私营企业主承担；先后两次接受管理服务对象邀请，前往四川都江堰、青城山等地旅游，费用均由管理服务对象承担。杜家才还存在其他严重违纪违法问题，被开除党籍、开除公职，对其违纪违法所得予以收缴，涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉。
5.西安市雁塔区西京公司子校校长李应强伙同班子成员违规设立“小金库”，巧立名目滥发津补贴，组织公款吃喝等问题。2019年12月李应强担任西京公司子校校长以来，该校违规设立使用“小金库”，给班子成员在内的59名行政人员发放加班费、中高考质量奖等补贴共计21.7万余元。2019年11月至2021年8月，李应强先后组织多人多次违规吃喝，从“小金库”支出1.7万余元。李应强还存在其他违纪违法问题，受到党内严重警告、政务记大过处分，对其违纪违法所得予以收缴。其他责任人员受到相应处理。
6.榆林市府谷县物业指导服务中心原工作人员杨晶醉酒驾驶机动车问题。2016年2月，杨晶因醉酒驾驶机动车上路行驶，被府谷县人民法院判决犯危险驾驶罪，判处拘役6个月，缓刑1年，并处罚金1万元，吊销驾驶执照。杨晶受到降低岗位等级处分。2023年5月6日晚杨晶与朋友聚餐饮酒，23时52分无证驾驶小型轿车发生交通事故，经检测血液酒精含量510.75mg/100ml。2023年5月31日，杨晶被府谷县人民法院判决犯危险驾驶罪，判处拘役6个月，并处罚金1万元。杨晶受到开除公职处分。
